Everything you need to know before ordering — times, tracking, France, Europe, Canada and the United States.
At Douce Patte, every order is prepared with care and shipped quickly. Here's the clear framework so you can order with confidence.
Where we deliver, and at what price
- Mainland France — standard delivery is free.
- European Union (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy…) — €2.90, free delivery over €70. No customs charges on delivery.
- Rest of Europe (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, Andorra, the Balkans…) — €2.90, free delivery over €70. Outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
- Canada and United States — €9.90, same delivery times as France, tracking included. Any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
- We don't deliver to other destinations for now.
Delivery times
Delivery time is made up of two stages:
- Processing — within 24 to 48 working hours, the time it takes to prepare and ship your order.
- Delivery — 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, tracking included.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays: in practice, allow 7 to 11 days between your order and its delivery. The estimated date is shown on the product page and at checkout, before you confirm.
This time is the same everywhere we deliver (France, Europe, Canada and the United States) — only the shipping costs differ.
Bulky items may take a little longer: we'll let you know if so.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use the Order tracking page.
If your order contains several items, it may arrive in several parcels, at no extra cost.
Parcel late, damaged or never received?
Write to us with your order number: we reply within 24 to 48 working hours, and we'll find a solution.
